LOWEST POSSIBLE SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer great value...
Unlike many other retailers, we don't build the price of shipping into the price of our product. Our shipping, delivery and processing charges are meant to cover the costs associated with delivering the product to you safely and undamaged, and they're always listed separately so you know exactly what you're paying for. Compare our prices against others and you'll find that our total price on every item — including shipping — offers an excellent value, and the quality of our service is the best you'll find anywhere.
You may choose from the shipping options listed below:
GROUND SHIPPING
In-stock orders will ship within 4-10 business days.
We reserve the right to ship priority mail (USPS) if we find this a less expensive option.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING*
Overnight shipping is available on in-stock products to US addresses only. Orders will ship via UPS Overnight.
SECOND DAY AIR SHIPPING*
Second Day air is available on in-stock items to US addresses only. Your order will ship via UPS Second Day Air
APO/PO BOXES
All shipments to APO and PO addresses will ship US Priority Mail.
CANADA
All shipments with a shipping address of Canada must choose this shipping option.
ALASKA/HAWAII
Alaska and Hawaii orders will ship Priority Mail unless they are upgraded to Overnight or Second Day Air.
*Express shipping is ONLY available for in-stock items. If the items are on a manufacturer's back order, you will be notified and your order will ship express when the items become available. NOTE: Express shipping orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST or they will be considered the next day's business. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
NOTE: You must choose the correct shipping format in order for the shipping to calculate correctly. Creative Home Accents, LLC reserves the right to correct your shipping method, when necessary, and charge the appropriate shipping totals. (Example: Canadian customers may not choose ground, but must chose Canada as a shipping method).
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
Unfortunately, Creative Home Accents, LLC will not be able to ship to any countries other than the United States and Canada at this time. Creative Home Accents will not be in any way responsible, or held accountable, for customs charges, tarriffs or taxes imposed in Canadian customs. These funds are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Baby Bedding Special Orders
As you have probably noticed in your search for the perfect nursery decor, there are thousands of baby bedding products available for you to choose from. Creative Baby Bedding couldn't possibly stock them all. Therefore, sometimes orders are placed with the manufacturer, on your behalf, at the time you order. We strive to place your order promptly with our suppliers, so after 3 days upon placing your order, these items can't be cancelled. The reason for this is simple, we have ordered these items specially for your new baby!
Shipping can sometimes take 3 to 4 weeks depending on the inventory available. We will not charge your credit card until we are notified that the items are ready to ship (Paypal is an exception, as they charge your account when you place the order). We apologize for any inconvenience. But remember, good things come to those who wait! There is nothing more important than your precious new baby and the nursery that you are creating for him or her.
